About This Competition
Hammer and Chisel is Back!! We are excited to bring back this competition Veteren's Day weekend on November 13th, 2021.
Same Gender Teams of Two.
Capped at 12 teams per division:
MM/FF (RX, Intermediate and Scaled)
RX is not PRO but participants must be able to perform as prescribed the following Crossfit.com benchmark workouts: Isabel, Elizabeth, Diane and Fran.
Prizes: Cash and other fun swag!
Workouts will be released 2 weeks prior to competition. Registration closes after workouts are released.
Competition will include 3 workouts, 1 floater and 1 final for top 3 RX teams.
REGISTRATION:
Early Bird Registration: Now until 6/30. $160 + fees/per team.
Regular Registration: 7/1 - 11/7. $200 + fees/team or until teams fill up.
No refunds unless competition is cancelled.
Substitutions can be made for only one team member until 10/30 to guarantee shirt size. Last day for name change is 11/7. If both names are changed, entry fee is forfeited.

One Rep Max on the following 4 movements:
Deadlifts: 205/145+, 185/115+, 155/95+
Cleans: 205/145+, 185/115+, 155/95+
Front Squat: 205/145+, 185/115+, 155/95+
Shoulder to Overhead: 205/145+, 185/115+, 155/95+
Thrusters: 115/95, 95/75, 75/55
Kettle Bell: 70/53, 53/44, 44/35
Box Jump: 30/24", 24/20"
Box Step Up: 20/16" -Scaled, Step Ups allowed
Pull Up: RX and INT
Ring Rows: Scaled
Double Unders: RX and INT
Single Unders: Scaled
Running, Rowing, Bike

TIME CAP: 12 MINS
Must complete run before moving on to thrusters. Must complete each movement before going to next movement. Only one person working at a time. Thruststers, KBS, and pull ups are split as needed. Partner cannot advance to pull up rig until kettle bell swings are completed.
Standards: Hips below parallel on thrusters, full extention at the top, and locked out elbows. American kettle bell swings with full extension and bell facing up. Chin must be clearly above the bar for pull ups.
