About This Competition
Element is proud to present Bros and Does V - a Male & Female team pairs competition taking place in February 2020 at Element CrossFit in Mississauga.
Athletes will compete in fun challenging events over the day, suitable for a broad range of ability levels.
Division Schedules
Intermediate Teams will compete on Saturday, Feb 8th from 8a - 5p.
Scaled & Competitive/Pro teams will compete on Sunday, Feb 9th from 8a - 5p.

Available Subdivisions
(subdivisions are only available to Scaled & Intermediate teams and a minimum of 5 teams in each subdivision is required for podium & prizing)
- Teens (both athletes 17 or under)
- Masters 35-39 (combined age over 70)
- Masters 40+ (combined age over 80)
- First Responder (both athletes active duty Police, Fire or EMS)
Smart Seeding
All teams will complete a seeding workout two to three weeks prior to competition day that allow us to schedule teams in appropriate heats and facing off against teams of similar ability. Workouts are specifically programmed to challenge each team’s capabilities while allowing them to draw on individual athletic strengths.
