Dieses Wochenende wird grandios!! Pro Tag und Division 4-5 Workouts.
Die Workouts und Divisions sind so aufgebaut, das jeder Spaß haben kann. Es geht in aller erster Linie um den Spaß am Sport, Respekt und die Community.
Check In an beiden Tagen ist ab 8:15 Uhr, Briefing 9 Uhr, Erstes WOD 09:30Uhr

Herren: Pull Ups, Damen: Jumping Pull Ups
RX INDIVIDUAL
Du solltest in den Open alle Workouts RX machen können. Muscle Ups bei den Damen sind kein Muss.
RX TEAMS
Ihr Könnt die Gewichte aus den Open RX bewältigen, bei den Herren sollte mind. 1 Teampartner Muscle Ups beherrschen.
