Fittest of the Coast 2024 powered by Wild South
About This Competition
Welcome to Fittest of the Coast! Claim your spot and come prepared for a three-day weekend full of memorable experiences! Fittest of the Coast will be held at the Charleston Convention Center, featuring more than 75,000 sq feet of competition, vendor and athlete space!
All individual divisions will compete Friday and Saturday. All team divisions will compete Saturday and Sunday.
Event Schedule:
Thursday, January 18
Optional Check-In | 5 pm - 7 pm
Friday, January 19
Check In | 10 am - 2 pm
Invidiual Divisions | 9 am - 11 am (offsite workout - shuttles will be provided for those who need transportation)
Individiual Divisions | 11:45 am - 7 pm
Saturday, January 20
Check In | 10 am - 4 pm
Individual Divisions | 8 am - 12 pm
Kids Divisions | 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm
Team Divisions | 2:00 pm - 7:15 pm
Sunday, January 21
Team Divisions | 8 am - 4:15 pm
