About This Competition
Bem-vindos ao STRV CrossFit Open 2025, o evento mais aguardado do ano na comunidade CrossFit! Este é o momento de reunir a comunidade, celebrar o espírito de equipa e desafiar os nossos limites enquanto nos divertimos (e suamos!) juntos.
O CrossFit Open é uma competição global, mas aqui no STRV damos-lhe um toque especial: muito suor, muita animação e, claro, muita diversão! Quer sejas um atleta experiente, um iniciante ou alguém que só quer experimentar o clima único do Open, há um lugar para ti nesta celebração do CrossFit.

Workouts Desafiadores: Todas as semanas, ao sábado, um novo WOD será revelado, testando a tua força, resistência e determinação.

STRV Open 25.1
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
10m walking lunge (2 x 5m feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.

TIEBREAK
Record the time after you complete the set of 21 thrusters. This will be your tiebreak time if you do not complete the set
of 18 thrusters. If you complete the set of 18 thrusters, record that time. This will become your tiebreak time if you do not
complete the workout. In the event of a tie, the athlete with the better tiebreak time will be ranked higher.
