About This Competition
Let’s take it back to a time when peace and love were mandatory and keeping it rad was the only thing to do. Forward Funk proudly presents Friday Night Lights a 70s night out.

Workouts
In a 10 minute window, perform 10 rounds of:
4 Power cleans
4 Front squats
4 Shoulder to overhead
**Max reps thrusters in remaining time**
RX (135/95)
Scaled (95/65)
Athletes must alternate exercises. Athlete 1 performs 4 power cleans, athlete 2 performs 4 front squats, athlete 1 performs 4 shoulder to overhead (round 1 complete) athlete 2 performs 4 power cleans etc.
After 10 rounds are complete, athletes immediatly begin thrusters and may break them up any way they choose.
In the time remaining following highway to hell (part 1), perform as many thursters as possible. Teams may split up reps however they choose.
For time:
40 synchro alternating DB snatch
Partner 1 rows 20/15 calories while partner 2 bikes 20/15 calories
30 synchro alternating DB snatch
Partner 2 rows 20/15 calories while partner 1 bikes 20/15 calories
20 synchro alternating DB snatch
RX (50/35)
Scaled (35/25)
For synchro DB snatch, both heads of DB must touch the gound and both athletes must have the DB overhead at the same time for the rep to count. The team will row and bike at the same time and then resume the synchro DB snatches. Whover is on the rower during the first interval must be on the bike on the next interval and vice versa.
