About This Competition
Welcome to ALTER EGOS!
Alter Egos will be a scaled CrossFit Competition for novice and intermediate athletes consisting of Male/Male and Female/Female Partner divisions. Please see criteria bellow for a full list of movement standards listing minimum requirements as well as a cap of skills and abilities so you know exactly if it is appropriate for you to compete.

Event Update (11.20.20)
UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT AND VIDEO BULLET POINTS.
1. ALL EVENTS ARE MOVED INSIDE! (Yay)
2. UPDATED HEAT LIST FOR ALL EVENTS ARE LIVE.
3. CHECK IN , FRIDAY (3:30-7:30pm) Saturday 6:30am-7:00am
4. FLOATER RELEASE (Friday)
5. FOOD TRUCK ON SITE
6. CAMPERS WELCOME
7. ATHLETE BRIEFING 7:00-7:15 (Objective: Heat check in procedures and athlete staging , Warm Up area.
8. No spectators in the building. Spectators are able to watch from the bay doors.
9. PLEASE ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS REGARDING WORKOUT DETAILS OR REFERENCE THE VIDEOS NOW. WE WILL NOT BE BRIEFING THE MOVEMENTS.
