- August 15 = movements and standards released
- September 15 = workouts released
WORKOUTS:
- 2 events + 1 floater + final workout for TOP 5 in each division
- Cash prizes for ALL podium finishers 1st-3rd, along with other swag items

Athletes will pick their weights for each round and have to complete the complex within each 6 minute window. With the remaining time, they will be able to adjust weights for the next round.
The score is the cumulative weight lifted for each partner for each round (4 scores for P1 + 4 scores for P2 = ONE team score).
