On August 12, 2023, the atmosphere in the small community gym "ICE BOX FITNESS", located in Battle Lake, MN, will be buzzing with excitement as it will host a thrilling CrossFit competition. Athletes will gather to showcase their strength, agility, and endurance in a series of intense workouts. Everyone will be giving their all, pushing themselves to new heights and surpassing their personal bests. This event is not just about winning but also about celebrating the incredible dedication and hard work that the participants have put into their fitness journeys.

Remaining time MaxCal on Bike
**2 minute rest then repeat**
SCORE: Reps + Cals On Bike
At 3-2-1-Go the athlete will complete 12 deadlifts, then 9 hang cleans, then 6 S2OH, they will repeat two more rounds of this if time allows, any extra time remaining after the 3 rounds will be on the BIKE getting as many calories as they can. The athlete will then rest for 2 minutes and repeat the whole 5 minute AMRAP. Their score will be their completed reps on barbell movements plus calories completed on the bike.

2 Wall Walks
10 Dumbbell Snatches
15 Box Jump Overs
On a 12-minute clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible (“AMRAP“) in 12 minutes of 2 Wall Walks, 10 Dumbbell Snatches, and 15 Box Jump Overs.
Score is the total number of reps completed in the 12 minutes.

5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 – 30
Toes 2 Bar
30 – 25 – 20 – 15 – 10 – 5
KB Goblet Squats
SCORE: Time & Reps Complete
At 3-2-1-Go the athlete will complete 5 T2B and 30 KB Goblet Squats, then proceed to 10 T2B and 25 Goblet Squats. Continue ascending for the T2B and descending for the KB Goblet Squats. The athletes score will be the Time Completed OR Reps Completed.
