**Partner 1 Completes all of the work and returns to the starting line before partner 2 begins. Time is finished when both partners have completed a round each

*athletes will have 1:30 to both complete the lift. If one athlete is successful while the other fails, the successful athlete will move on without his partner. Athletes who do not complete the ladder successfully will NOT get an attempt at the final barbell.
*the final barbell will be loaded at 265 with weights for athletes to add for their choice of lift attempt

For Time:
- 40/32 Cal Row (each)
- 80 Single DB Squats (50/35)(35/20)
- 40 Synchronized Burpee Box Jump Overs (24"20")
- 80 Single DB Squats (50/35)(35/20)
- 40/32 Cal Row (each)
*Partner 1 starts on the rower and does all 40/32 calories. When partner one moves from the rower to begin working on squats, partner 2 begins their 40/32 calories. Once partner 2 is finished with their 40/32 calories, they can then help partner 1 complete 80 reps on squats.
*Similarly, at any point during the second set of DB Squats, either partner may start their second 40/32 calorie row. But once an athlete is on the rower, that athlete may not return to help on DB Squats.
*Time is up when BOTH partners have finished their second 40/32 calories row.
