Saturday June 22nd - Mixed Ability
Only ONE athlete in your team must be competent with the following:
Box Jumps
Pull - Ups
Hand Release Press-Ups
V - Sit Ups
Wall Walks
Toes to Bar
Handstand Press - Up off one ab mat
Sunday June 23rd - Intermediate
You will need two athletes confident with:
Double Unders
Box Jumps
All gymnastics (FEMALES NO MUSCLE UPS)
Sunday June 23rd - Masters - minimum age 35, combined age 120
Only ONE athlete in your team must be competent with the following:
Box Jumps
Pull - Ups
Hand Release Press-Ups
V - Sit Ups
Wall Walks
Toes to Bar
Handstand Press - Up off one ab mat
