Workouts
1 mile ruck run to be completed by both athletes, in remaining time of 12 minutes max burpees over the ruck. One person moving at once.
Everyday athletes:
6 minute AMRAP - split however you wish
5 sit ups
10 hang power cleans 25kg/40kg
15 Syncro air squats
RX Athletes:
6 minute AMRAP - split however you wish
5 toes to bar
10 hang power cleans 35kg/50kg
15 Syncro air squats
Thruster Ladder. Aim of the game is to make your max lift. Each team member has 30 seconds to lift. There is no transition time between team members lifting..
clock starts -
00:00- 00:30 seconds team member one attempts lift, lift must be completed fully before 30 seconds
00:30-1 minute team member two moves straight into attempting their lify
1 minute - 1:30 transition time to next barbell
If one team member does not complete the lift they do not transition, to the next bar but the team member who makes the lift can. tiebreak is max number of front squats completed on the bar that you make your last successful trhruster lift at.
every day athlete :
LADIES- 25,32.5,37.5,42.5,47.5
MEN- 40,50,60,70,80
rx :
LADIES- 35, 42.5, 47.5, 52.5, 57.5
MEN- 70,80,90,100,110
Split however you wish and complete however you wish BUT DB movements must be completed first
