About This Competition
THE WARRAGUL WARRIOR IS BACK!
An experience for all.
The Warragul Warrior is an individual CrossFit competition. Divisions include:
- Open / Beginner*
- Intermediate
- Advanced
*Open Participants cannot compete for the Prize of Warragul Warrior however go in the running to win prizes on the day, as well as experience a supportive, encouraging training environment to reach new limits!
One competition for all participants, with appropriate movements and weights according to your division. This allows everyone, regardless of ability and fitness level, to participate!
It will test your strength, fitness, and determination to discover your true potential! You will learn with CrossFit you can always go further!
- Prizes will be awarded for the Top 3 in each division
- One Overall Male and Female winner will be crowned Warragul Warrior
