About This Competition

An outdoor, teams of 4 CrossFit competition taking place in Infocision Stadium and utilizing the amazing facilities of The University of Akron has to offer. 

We do have a no refund policy once registration is submitted.

Team / athlete registration may be transferred to another athlete(s) but must remain in the same division originally registered for

Division standards will be released prior to registration opening

Individual workouts will be released on a monthly basis following the opening of registration

Workouts

At go, pair one completes 100ft kettlebell offset carry in 25ft sections. Once both male and female crosses the line, pair two will complete the same.

Once all athletes are back, male/female pair  one will complete max unbroken sync hang power cleans. Once they break, pair two will then go.

Once both pair are finished, they must start the kettlebell relay over once again. You will repeat this for the entire 13 minutes.

RX - KB = 2 x53/35 + 165/115 HPC

Intermediate - KB = 2 x 53/35 + 135/95 sync HPC

Masters - KB = 2 x 35/26 + 135/95 sync HPC

Scaled - KB = 2 x 35/26 + 115/75 sync HPC


Sync power cleans = 1 rep

50’ section of KB carry = 1 rep

Score is total combined reps

#2 (S) - “Echo burden” relay (all 4)

Working as a male / female pair, 10 rounds of:

3 Clean and Jerk + 3 bar facing burpees

1 athlete working at a time

#4 (S) - “Worm Chipper” - F/M pairs

“What’s your 40 time?”

Intermediate - 150# worm

Masters and Scaled - 120# worm

Workin in female / male pairs -

Pair 1:

Beginning at the goal line, complete 10 synchronized lateral burpees over the worm.

Once burpees are completed, clean worm to shoulder and proceed to the 10 yard line.

At the 10 yard line, complete 10 worm clean and jerks, clean worm to shoulder and proceed to the 20 yard line.

At the 20 yard line, complete 20 worm squats (switching shoulders after 10 squats) and proceed to the 30 yard line.

At the 30 yard line, complete 30 shoulder to shoulder and proceed to the 40 yard line.

At the 40 yard line, pair 2 will be waiting for pair 1.

Working together with all 4 team members in ANY female / male pair, complete 40 worm thrusters.

Pair 2:

Will work in reverse order to the goal line completing the all the prescribed reps of each movement at each designated yard marker on the field. Finishing with 10 synchronized lateral burpees over the worm at the goal line

RX - 150# worm

Same as above, except when moving from movement to movement station, RX team will need to complete walking lunges with worm, not just carry the worm on their shoulder.

** If at any time while transitioning the worm from movement to movement (between 10 yard intervals / work stations on the field) the pair drops the worm they will be assessed a burpee penalty of 5 synchronized lateral burpees over the worm before they can pick the worm back up and continue to the next movement / work station
