About This Competition
WODAPTIVE is proud to present to you the second of its adaptive functional fitness competitions.
We are a community that is enthusiastic to be giving adaptive athletes of any calibre a chance to compete in a fair and inclusive competition.
Teams of 1 able-bodied and 1 adaptive athlete, will battle it out over 3/4 wods, to be crowned winners of our Wodaptive pairs competition.
ONSITE FACILITIES
In a space of 4000sq feet, there is access to a disabled toilet and a large area of parking that can be utilized.
Each athlete will get a free item showing your support.

and DB CLEAN AND PRESS to 20.
Once Athlete 2 has completed the 20 DB CLEAN AND PRESS, they swap positions and continue down the ladder, with Athlete 2 starting on the 20 CALORIES.
