*No refunds will be issued for this event, but you can transfer your spot(s) to another athlete(s) if unable to participate. You do not need to inform us of the changes until the day of the event. The original shirt sized ordered cannot be changed.

Sandbag Cleans 150/100(75/50)
1 min rest between rounds
*Athlete not rowing will hold the sandbag in a bear hug position
One person will row their target calories at the start of each 2-minute round while the other partner holds onto the sandbag in the front bear hug position. Once the rower finishes, they will be able to help with the sandbag cleans. Partners will alternate each round. Score will be the total working time. Tie break time will be the last persons row split time for their target calories.

Both partners will throw the wall ball over the pull up bar to each other while still squatting too below parallel. Once the wall balls are finished one athlete will then complete 10 thrusters, then the other will complete 10 thrusters. The first person will then do 10 toes to bar followed by the other to complete each round.

One athlete working at a time. You will have as many attempts as you can get in the two minutes for each athlete to find a max set of unbroken toes to bar. Scores of both athletes will be added together.
