The CrossFit Murray Classic will take place Saturday April 27th. It will consist of 4 workouts. Teams will be M/M and F/F, with RX and Scaled divisions.

For Weight For all divisions: 12 minutes for each athlete to establish a heavy snatch. *Snatch can be any style. *Score is each athlete's max added together.

10 Rounds for Time For all divisions: 12 Deadlifts 9 Hang Power Cleans 6 Push Jerks Male RX weight: 110# Male Scaled weight: 80# Female RX weight: 70# Female Scaled weight: 50# *Performed with a Rogue 'Fat Bar'. *Each athlete completes one full round then switch. *One athlete rows while the other performs their round of DT. *15 minute time cap. *Clock stops when the 10th round of DT is completed. ***Calories rowed will be the tie-break score for this event.***
