About This Competition

An In-house competition for CrossFit Tyler members to test their fitness and to support a good cause as well.  This competition is free and all we ask is that you be Santa's Helper by bringing a new toy to be donated to less fotunate children around Tyler.  

This will be competition with a mixed skill level and mixed gender. One athlete will be designated as the Rx athlete and the other the Scaled Athlete.  There will be 3 workouts with 5 total scores.  

So grab your partner and let's have some fun!

 

 * all workouts are subject to change and/or revisements

 * movement standards are below each workout. Please fully read. If any questions feel free to ask any of the coaches.

 - each movment must be completed before moving to the next movement

 - Athletes can switch back and forth between the Rx/Scaled movements until the     assigned reps are completed

- Scaled athletes must complete a minimum of 20 cals on the rower

* Athletes can spilt the reps however they would like

* Shuttle Runs must complete the full 50ft for the rep to count
