About This Competition
An In-house competition for CrossFit Tyler members to test their fitness and to support a good cause as well. This competition is free and all we ask is that you be Santa's Helper by bringing a new toy to be donated to less fotunate children around Tyler.
This will be competition with a mixed skill level and mixed gender. One athlete will be designated as the Rx athlete and the other the Scaled Athlete. There will be 3 workouts with 5 total scores.
So grab your partner and let's have some fun!
