WOD UP, BERLIN? #4 - ONLINE QUALIFICATION
About This Competition
WOD UP, BERLIN? #4 is a Team Fitness Competition that brings together teams of 4 and will take place on 14th and 15th of September.
This year WOD UP, BERLIN? will have 40* Teams competing in RX and INTERMEDIATE devision.
WUB? will keep the same Team format (2 Male and 2 Female athletes) and workouts that are designed for each skill level, keeping more challenging exercises for the last workouts.
Ready to register your Team?
>> 1. REGISTRATION:
June 1st – July 12th - all boxes from Berlin, Germany and Europe can register their teams to get ready for online Qualification workouts and fight for 20 Team spots at the WOD UP, BERLIN? #4.
20 Team spots will receive Boxes from Berlin based on Registration from June 1st till July 1st. Each Box will recieve one spot and these teams will do not need to do the qualification workouts.
Wenn there will be less then 20 Teams registered, more spots will receive teams from online qualification leaderboard or invited teams from Germany.
June 1st - June 30st - early bird registration
Registration fee for online qualification workouts is 20 Euro.
July 1st - July 12th - late team registration
Registration fee is 40 Euro.
When registered for online qualification workouts, you should choose devision where you would like to compete on the event day! The best 20* Teams (10 from RX and 10 from Intermediate devision)* will have their spot at the Event.
>> 2. QUALIFIERS:
Qualifier no 1 will be released on June 28th and scores should be submitted till July 12th.
Qualifier no 2 will be released July 12th and scores should be submitted till July 26th.
The qualifiers are Individual and Team workouts and the combined score will determine the team’s overall placement.
The workouts need to be recorded and the video submission standards are the same as during the Open. No late video submision and video recordning with bad camera placement and not recorded based on Open standarts will not be accepted or will have penalty points.
Only a limited number of teams will advance to the live competition and pay the 120€ fee.
>> 3. COMPETITION:
September 14th/15th:
At least 40 Teams - 20 Teams from Boxes in Berlin, Germany and 20 Teams from Online Qualification will battle for a spot on the podium.*
>> 4. EVENT:
ALL TEAMS should be ready to complete one ''Buy In'' workout on Saturday, September 14th, and 2-3 workouts on Sunday, September 15th. Teams who has placed higher on the leaderboard should be ready for Semi-Final and Final workout.

100 SYNCHRONISED KB FRONT RACK BOX STEP OVERS when pairs alternate after completing each rep
80 SYNCHRONISED OVER PARTNER BURPEES
during which one pair is holding a PLANK
60 SYNCHRONISED WALL BALL SHOTS
with 5 PENALTY BURPEES IF THE BALL FALLS DOWN
* Mixed Teams work at the same time.
Male athletes use 9 kg Medicine ball, 24 kg Kettlebell, 24'' Box and female athletes use 6 kg Medicine ball, 16 kg Kettlebell and 20'' Box.
