About This Competition

     This will be an event the likes of which has not been seen before!!  From the unknown aspect of the events to the athletes being able to choose some event details, this is something you don't want to miss!

     This will be a 2-day competition taking place on Saturday and Sunday, 10/23-24 and will go from 8 am - 5 pm each day with the awards being presented at 5:30 on Sunday.  

     The divisions available for this event will be Solo Standard/ Solo Scaled/  Team Standard/ Team Scaled/ and will be available in Men's and Women's

     There will be a traditional podium for each division consisting of the top three finishers!

(Common Movement Standards)

 - Athletes should be competent with the following movements

 

 * Standard Division *

 - Bar Muscle Ups

 - Handstand Walks 

 - Toes to Bar

 - Kipping Pull-Ups

 - Double Unders

 - Clean n Jerk (205/135)

 - Snatch (155/105)

 - Pistols

 - Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

 - Handstand Push-Ups

* SCALED DIVISION *

 - Athletes should not expect to see any of the higher-skill movments described above in the Standard division.  They will be performing similar movement patterns, but with a much lower skill requirement and much lighter weight. 

  - Clean n Jerk (115/80)

  - Snatch (75/55)

      (with time remaining, athletes will complete as many reps as possible of the following UNBROKEN complex)

   * MODIFIED = 95/65

 

   (SCALED)

- Buy-In : 30 Bar Facing Burpees

    (with time remaining, athletes will complete as many reps as possible of the following UNBROKEN complex...)

   * Deadlift + 2 x Hang Power Snatch + Behind the Neck Push Jerk (95/65)

   * MODIFIED = 75/55

(SCORING)

= Total # of good reps completed during the Complex + 1 rep for finishing the Buy-In. 

 * Tie-Breaker = Buy-In Finish Time

(AMRAP - 10)

   (STANDARD)

   * Buy-In * = 50 Synchro Burpees over the bar

     - with time remaining, teams will complete as many good reps as possible of the following Complex. 

   *  Deadlift + Hang Power Snatch + Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat (115/75)

 

   (SCALED)

   * Buy-In * = 30 Sycnrho Burpees Over the Bar

      - with time remaining, teams will complete as many good reps as possible of the Complex. 

   * Deadlift + Hang Power Snatch x 2 + Behind the Neck Push Jerk (95/65)

    * Final attempts must be finished before the 10 min time cap to count.

- Total combined team reps of the Complex

     * DB is held vertically with lowest head touching the ground.

 

(SCORING)

= Finish Time after the Rd of 24 Deads is completed. 

   * if the athlete does not finish under the cap, they will be credited with total reps. 

   * Echo Cals : 4/3 cals = 1 rep

       EX : the round of 24/18 cals = 6 completed reps regardless of gender. 

       Ex : If a female athlete finshes 17 out of the last 18 cals under the cap, they will be credited with 5 reps for the bike. Similarly, if a male finishes 22/24 cals on the last round, they would also be credited with 5 reps. 

* Tie-Breaker *

   = Finish time after the previous round of Deadlifts was  completed. 

 

(NOTES)

- Rd of 8 Deads completed = 14 total reps

- Rd of 12 deads = 14+17 = 31 reps

- Rd of 16 Deads = 31+20 = 51 reps

- Rd of 20 Deads = 51+23 = 74 reps

- Rd of 24 Deads = 74+26 = 100 reps

(Inverted Ladder For Time - 20 min)

A) 48/36 - 40/30 - 32/24 - 24/18 - 16/12 : Echo Cals

B)   16    -   24    -   32    -   40    -   48 : Dbl DB Deads (70/50)

     * Only one athlete working at a time/ Team will rotate clockwise/ one athlete must hold a Push-Up position for cals/reps to count/ Bike/Deads -> PU-Pos -> Rest/
