About This Competition

Welcome to the Vogue Fitness Open 2020!

It's time to fire up those competitive engines once again.

This year's competition will involve 3 online workouts over 3 weeks from 01 October -  October 19 for both Men and Women with options of Rx and Scaled in each workout.

Each of the three workouts will be released via a live announcement each Thursday at 7:00pm UAE time. Athletes will then have until 9:00pm UAE time the following Tuesday to upload their scores.

The competition is designed to be fun, inclusive and to test your limits.  We encourage people to participate in the spirit of fun and inclusion.
