About This Competition
The 6th annual Ocean County Classic, a same-sex partner competition hosted by Andare Fitness Company.
RX, Intermediate, and Masters 40+ divisions.
Prizes:
• RX - $1000 for each Male and Female RX winners
• Master's - $500 each for Male and Female winner
• Intermediate - $500 for each Male and Female winner
... prize purse Is subject to increase based on number of signups!
Important Info:
• In the event of a snowstorm, we will be announcing a make up date.
• In the event there is another full lockdown for COVID-19, the classic will be postponed and your teams spot will be reserved.
• We will not be issuing any refunds.
Participant Expectations:
My team acknowledges we will be disqualified from the competition, with no refund if any of the following occurs:
• creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment for staff and participants
• unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind such as arguing with and or disrespecting our staff at any point in time
• the Ocean County Classic Team understands discrepancies may occur and we have procedures in place to deal with these issues should they arise. If you have a discrepancy, you and your partner acknowledge that it is your responsibility to bring it to the Head Judge’s attention in an appropriate and respectful manner

Part 1 - 10:00
To Find a 1RM Snatch
RX & Masters - Any style of snatch from the floor
Intermediate - Hang Snatches are allowed
Part 2 - at the 10:00, athletes have 5:00 to complete
10-20-30 Deadlifts
30-60-90 Double Unders
Deadlift weight is the HEAVIEST Snatch weight from part 1
Score for workout 1 is two parts. Total snatch weight and time to complete part 2.

Partners can alternate for the 4 rounds, however one athlete must constantly be running while the other partner works through the rounds. Once the rounds are completed, athletes may trade off on the Air Runner in the remaining time. Score is time for the 4 rounds and total number of calories ran.

3 burpee box get overs 48"
30ft handstand walk (to be completed in 5ft increments)
Partners may switch off at any point during the workout, however, the partner working on the AMRAP MUST go OVER the wall and tag their partner on the bike. Then the new partner must go OVER the wall to continue the AMRAP. Scores will be distance on the Echo Bike in KM's and total rounds and reps of the AMRAP.

Intermediate - 30" box, 4 wall walks to the "Scaled" Open Standard
