Time: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM each day

September 21: Westmount High Track (Outdoor)
September 22: Crossfit514 Gym, Verdun (Indoor)

Event Overview:

Gather your fittest friends and gear up for the TSS GAMES, an exhilarating two-day fitness competition designed to push your limits and test your skills across a variety of physical and mental challenges. This is not just any competition; it’s a celebration of teamwork, endurance, and the spirit of fitness!

What to Expect

Day 1: Outdoor Challenge at Westmount High Track Field

  • Venue: The spacious and versatile Westmount High Track Field

  • Activities: Engage in dynamic outdoor activities that test your mobility, cardio, and communication skills. From obstacle courses to relay races, every challenge is crafted to leverage the open field and track, bringing out the best in your team.

Day 2: Indoor Challenge at Crossfit514 Gym

  • Venue: The state-of-the-art Crossfit514 gym in Verdun

  • Activities: Transition from the great outdoors to a high-energy indoor environment where your team will face intense CrossFit-style workouts. These challenges will focus on strength, speed, and stamina, pushing your physical limits to new heights.

COMPLETE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE

20 SINGLE LEG DEADLIFTS TO HIGH KNEES

(10 PER LEG) / PER ATHLETE

IF ANY ATHLETE TOUCHES THE GROUND, THE ENTIRE TEAM MUST START OVER.

 

20 SINGLE LEG JUMP ROPES

(20 REPS PER LEG) / PER ATHLETE

IF ANY ATHLETE FAILS A REP, THE TEAM STARTS THE JUMP ROPE SECTION OVER.

 

20 HAND RELEASE PUSH-UPS / PER ATHLETE

THE REST OF THE TEAM HOLDS A SIDE PLANK IF ANY ATHLETE FAILS THE PLANK, THE TEAM RESTARTS THE PUSH-UPS.

 

20 SINGLE LEG V-UPS

(10 PER SIDE) / PER ATHLETE

IF ANY ATHLETE TOUCHES THE GROUND WITH THEIR HANDS OR FEET, THE TEAM STARTS THE V-UP SECTION OVER.

 

TIME CAP 25 MIN

Complete as fast as possible : 

- 50M burpee broad jump synchro (2 athletes)

- 400m run synchro (2 athletes)

- 50M bear crawl synchro (2 athletes)

- 400M run synchro (2 athletes)

- 50M walking lunge synchro (2 athletes)

- 400M run synchro (2 athletes)

- 50M wheelbarrow (2 athletes)

- 400M run synchro (2 athletes)

 

- 50M backwards burpee broad jump synchro (2 athletes)

- 400m run synchro (2 athletes)

- 50M backwards bear crawl synchro (2 athletes)

- 400M run synchro (2 athletes)

- 50M backwards walking lunge synchro (2 athletes)

- 400M run synchro (2 athletes)

- 50M backwards wheelbarrow (2 athletes)

- 400M run synchro (2 athletes)

 

FOR TIME : time cap 40 min 

50 wall balls (14 / 20 lbs)

50 pull ups (strict / kipping)

50 kb swings (12 / 16 kg)

50 toes to bar

50 double unders

50 sandbag cleans (60 / 80 lbs)

50 devils press (20 / 30 lbs)

50 jump box (20'' / 24'')

50 slam balls (15 / 20 lbs)

50 partner thrusters (65 lbs)

 

Workout can be divided within the 4 athletes 

Only one athlete can be working at a time

 

COMPLETE A HALF MARATHON (21KM)

USING THE SKIERG, BIKEERG, ECHO BIKE, AND ROWER.

ATHLETES CAN SWITCH MACHINES AT ANY POINT, THE ENTIRE TEAM IS MOVING SIMULTANEOUSLY.

THE TOTAL DISTANCE COMPLETED ON ALL MACHINES COMBINED MUST EQUAL 21.

 

 

TIME CAP 25 MIN

Perform 1 rep max for the following lifts :

00:00-06:00 : Bench Press

06:01-12:00 : Shoulder to Overhead (strict / push / jerk)

12:01-18:00 : Back Squat 

18:01-24:00 : Deadlift 

Only one athlete per lift. 

Total amount lifted relative to bodyweight will determine the teams score. 

1 ATHLETE MUST COMPLETE 10 ROPE CLIMBS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE

TIME CAP 5 MIN

1 ATHLETE PERFORMS 400M (1 LAP AROUND THE TRACK) WITH JUMP ROPE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE 

TIME CAP 5MIN.

1 ATHLETE WILL SLED PUSH AS FAST AS POSSIBLE FOR 20M.

EACH ROUND IS 5 MIN.

RACE : 

SPRINT 100M, PICK UP CONE

SPRINT 100M BACK

 

As a team complete 1 lap (400M) by performing a full squat and throwing the med ball (12lbs) from one partner to the other. If the ball is dropped or goes outside of the track all team members must complete 5 synchronized burpees.
