About This Competition

This is an In-House Competition for members of Deep Well Athletics.

The format this year is that each team must consist of 1 RX athlete and 1 Scaled Athlete(2 Scaled can also team up). The teams will be same sex teams.

There will be 3 workouts plus a floater to be completed the day of competition.

7 Min to establish a heaviest lift and max unbroken reps of toes to bar/seconds of plank*

Team members choose only one complex to perform:

Athlete A: Deadlift + clean and jerk

Athlete B: Deadlift + Clean

Team members choose onlv one max set to perform:

Athlete A or B: Max toes to bar

Athlete A or B: Max Plank

Score = total weight + reps

5 sec plank = 1 rep

Plank standard - between bands on rig (hips can't touch the bands)

20 Ring pull ups/Ring rows

20 HSPU/WBs (30/20, 14/10'

Standards -
Rx athlete has to do x weight, otherwise partners tell the judge which movements their doing before the clock starts
- Ring rows - all rings at

HSPU can be strict or kipping with 1 ab mat
WBs - bottom has to touch another WB
