Workouts
PART A
AMRAP 8

DESCRIPTION
This test begins with one athlete from the team seated on the rower with hands off of the handle and another standing nearby. After "3, 2, 1... go", team row presribed calories (counting up). Team must switch on the rower minimum once. When the rower reads prescribed calories, both athletes move to the barbells and begin syncronized deadlifts. Once finished, athletes move barbells to each other as close as possible (one barbell's plate can touch another barbell) and begin syncronized partner bar facing burpees. After the last rep on burpees, the pair will move back to rower and continue working in the same fashion. When the clock reached 8 minutes mark, PART A is finished.

IN 4 MIN WINDOW FIND COMPLEX MAX WEIGHT
3 front squats*
* squat clean is allowed;
* IGYG;
* can be separate barbells
DESCRIPTION
At 12 minutes mark, the first athlete begin 3 reps front squat complex from the ground. Using rack is not allowed. Squat clean is allowed on the first rep. Once the first athlete has completed his repetitions, either he can start next attempt or other athlete can start his attempt. The athletes will continue working in this fashion until 16 minutes mark. Weight descrease is allowed. Athletes can perform as many attempt as he want. One athlete performs repetitions at a time. Athlete must clearly and loudly say his weight attempt. The result is sum weight of both athletes sucesful lifts.
