About This Competition

Local At-Home Online Fitness Competition:

Divisions:

RX and RX+ Bodyweight ONLY!!

Workouts:

- 5 workouts will be release over 12 days!

- Workouts must be complete between March 30th and April 10th! (For those doing outside of class)

- Competition Workouts will be done over normal class times as well via zoom!!

- Proper Movement Standards (honor system)
