Online Black Forest Throwdown 2021
About This Competition
The Black Forest Throwdown 2021 is a three week online fun competition with the goal of bringing together the fitness community from all around the world to compete in the spirit of fitness and fun.
*There is no qualifier for the Black Forest Throwdown.
Workouts will released on social media before the competition starts.
No refund.
T-shirt size is binding and unisex.
In order to register for the Black Forest Throwdown, every athlete must complete the Registration.
You need the following equipment:
Jump Rope
Dumbbell
Rx (male 22.5/female 15 kg)
Scaled (male 15/female 10kg)
Kettlebell
Rx (male 24/female 16 kg)
Scaled (male 16/female 8 kg)
WODproof App it's free for all participants
Level 1: Beginner
This category is open to everyone. Especially for those who want to get a taste of competition for the first time or are not very long in the sport.
You should be able to do the following tasks.
The „usual“ gymnastic movements, like:
Ring Row
Push-up
Wall Walks
Strict-, Kipping Knee Raises
The „common“ dumbbell (15/10 kg) and kettlebell (16/8 kg) movements, like:
Overhead Walking Lunges
Clean & Jerk
Snatch
Swing
Press
Push Press/Jerk
Devil Press
Level 2: Elite/RX
Suitable for RX level athletes or those that are "mostly" RX.
You should be able to do the following
The „common“ gymnastic movements, like:
Strict-, Kipping Handstand Push-ups
Strict-, Kipping Pull-ups
Regular and Hand Released Push-ups
Handstand
Strict-, Kipping Toes to Bar
The „common“ dumbbell (22.5/15 kg) and kettlebell (24/16 kg) movements, like:
Overhead Walking Lunges
Clean & Jerk
Snatch
Swing
Press
Push Press/Jerk
