The LiftBridge Standard 2025
About This Competition
The LiftBridge Standard is a premiere three day fitness event in the St. Paul, MN area. The format is mixed pair (male / female) teams and is open to all ability levels. Well designed workouts, first class service and a fun, competitive environment make this a great opportunity to challenge yourself.
Hosted at: LiftBridge CrossFit & Stillwater Pony Stadium - Stillwater, MN
Cash payouts: All Divisions - based on registration
Limited to first 48 teams
Scaled: For those who are new to competing, love functional fitness, and are still building their skills. If you typically scale the workouts in the CrossFit Open, this division is for you!
Intermediate: The perfect fit for athletes who love the thrill of competition and may have done a few compeititions in the past. If you attempt the Rx version of the CrossFit Open workouts you belong in this division.
Rx: For those athletes who regularly compete as Rx or intermediate athletes that are looking to make the jump to Rx.

Event Details
- Check-in: 5:20pm September 5th (Bring ID) at Pony Stadium
- Parking: On-site, free parking
- Spectator fee: $10 for the weekend, paid at door
- On-site food / bev: TBD
- Cancellations: No refunds
- Substitutions: Allowed up to September 4th
Event Location
- Friday, September 5th - Pony Stadium (5:20pm - 8:00pm)
- Saturday, September 6th - Liftbridge CrossFit (9:00am - 4:00pm)
- Sunday, September 7th - Liftbridge CrossFit (9:00am - 4:00pm)
Other: There will be an athlete camp area (outdoor) so bring chairs, tents, blankets, etc. In case of inclement weather we will house your gear inside.
