About This Competition

C5 Barbell brings you an Individual online qualifying competition for RX & Scaled Divisions. The winner of each division will receive a prize while the top 10 from each division will be invited to compete in person on August 6th-7th.

 

 

Registration Dates: 

April 25 - June 3rd, 2022

 

Finale Date & Location:

The finals will take place at C5 Barbell in Grayson, Georgia on August 6th & 7th. The organizer has the right to make changes. 

 

 

Qualifying Period & Score Submissions:

All workouts will be announced at 00:01h EDT on June 2nd. 

Workout 1 & 1a must be submitted before 23:59h EDT on June 3rd.

Workout 2 & 3 must be submitted before 23:59h EDT on June 5th.

Workout 4 must be submitted before 23:59h EDT on June 6th. 

 

 

Divisions (with Standards):

RX Men & Women (able to complete all CF OPEN workouts as prescribed)  

Scaled Men & Women (able to complete the CF OPEN in scaled version)

 

 

Equipment Needed: 

Rower - Barbell - Bumper Plates - Jump Rope - Plyo Box -

Dumbell (Rx: 50/35)(Sc: 35/20) - Pull-up Bar (with space over the top) - Wall Space 

 

 

Qualification to Next Stage: 

Top 10 from each Division
