Get ready for an action-packed day with teams of 4 (MMFF) competing across Rx, Intermediate, Beginner, and Masters divisions!

🏋️ Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, there’s a place for you!

Masters Division Note: All 4 athletes must be 35 years or older, with the team's combined age totaling 140+ years.

(These standards are only a guide for choosing your division, not an indication of the exact workouts.)

Rx Division:
All 4 athletes should be capable of completing:

Toes to Bar, Chest to Bar, Bar Muscle Ups
Wall Walks, Handstand Push Ups, Handstand Walking
Rope Climbs (15ft), Box Jumps (30/24in), Drag Rope Double Unders
Wall Balls (30/20lbs), Snatch (70/45kg), Clean & Jerk (90/55kg)
1-2 athletes should be able to complete:

Pullovers, Ring Muscle Ups, Strict Handstand Push Ups
Snatch (90/55kg), Clean & Jerk (120/70kg)
Masters Division:
All 4 athletes should be capable of completing:

Toes to Bar, Pull Ups, Wall Walks, Box Jumps (24/20in)
Double Unders, Wall Balls (20/14lbs), Snatch (60/35kg), Clean & Jerk (75/45kg)
1-2 athletes should be able to complete:

Chest to Bar Pull Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Rope Climbs (15/12ft)
Snatch (70/40kg), Clean & Jerk (90/55kg)
Intermediate Division:
All 4 athletes should be capable of completing:

Toes to Bar, Pull Ups, Wall Walks, Box Jumps (24/20in)
Double Unders, Wall Balls (20/14lbs), Snatch (60/35kg), Clean & Jerk (75/45kg)
1-2 athletes should be able to complete:

Chest to Bar Pull Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Rope Climbs (15/12ft)
Snatch (70/40kg), Clean & Jerk (90/55kg)
Beginner Division:
All 4 athletes should be capable of completing:

Knees to Chest, Half Wall Walks, Push Ups, Step Ups (24/20in)
Single Unders, Wall Balls (14/10lbs), Snatch (40/25kg), Clean & Jerk (60/35kg)
1-2 athletes should be able to complete:

Toes to Bar, Pull Ups, Box Jumps (24/20in), Double Unders
Snatch (50/30kg), Clean & Jerk (70/40kg)
Workouts & Standards
All workouts and movement standards will be outlined and released prior to the event. Competitors will choose their workout level during registration, allowing you to compete at a challenging yet attainable level.

Additional Information
Warm-Up Area: A designated warm-up area will be available. Bring any specific equipment you may need.
Parking: No on-site parking. Street parking available on Flinders Parade.
Spectators: Bring your crew! Spectator areas will be set up outside the competition venue.
Food & Drink: Available for purchase on-site.

When the 75 second mark is reached, MF2 complete the same thing with their barbells. This is then repeated with Synchro Jerks.
When the 5min mark is reached, athlete will have 5min to find a 1 rep max Synchro Clean & Jerk. Synchro is with the same partner that Part A was with. 
for all movements, reps only count when the synchro position is hit by both athletes, and both athletes are successful with their burpees / lifts.

Part A is scored as total C&J reps

Part B is scored as total load across 4 athletes. (A missed lift for 1 partner means both partners lifts do not count). Womens lifts have a 1.5x Multiplier

Notes and Workout Flow:
On 3,2,1 go... an athlete run to their barbell
and a second athlete runs to the pull up  bar. When the first athlete has their barbells in the overhead position, the second athlete may begin Bar Muscle Ups. Only reps completed while the other athlete is in the hold position will count. Athletes may switch roles at any time. After the first set is complete, athletes move to the Squat Snatches, which may begin once an athlete is in the Deadhang position (on same apparatus as was used in that round, for the round of 21, that would be the pull up bar). All athletes continue moving through the 21-18-15-12 sequence until all reps are complete.
