AMRAP in 9 Minutes: 9 Thrusters, RX (95/65), Scaled (75/45) 9 Bar-Facing Burpees (https://youtu.be/LECjyv0Fx4E) Partners alternate full rounds for 9 minutes. This workout begins with the barbell on the floor and Partner A standing tall. At the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” Partner A will perform 9 barbell thrusters, then 9 bar-facing burpees. Then, Partner B performs 9 barbell thrusters, then 9 bar-facing burpees. Partners will alternate full rounds back and forth until the 9 minute clock expires. The team’s score is the total number of repetitions completed at the 9 minute mark.

Teams have 5 minutes TOTAL for one partner to establish their best lift on the clean complex and for the second partner to complete their best lift on the snatch complex. Teams will be provided with one barbell and a set of plates on their assigned platform. Teams must decide how to best use the 5 minutes they have for both lifters to successfully complete their best lifts.
