Ninja Obstacle Flow
1 Lap = 9 and under, 11 and under, 13 and under, 15 and under, Elite, Amateurs and Masters.
2 Laps= Pairs (Teams)
One lap is:
1. 4 steps x 4 laps
+ 10m Run (5m shuttle)
2. Monkey bar Outside x 4 laps
+ 10m Run (5m shuttle)
3. Balance Beam x 4 laps
+ 10m Run (5m shuttle)
4. Rings (3 rings) x 4 laps
+ 10m Run (5m shuttle)
5. Rollers (4 rollers) x 2 laps and 1 roller x 4m up and back
+ 10m Run (5m shuttle)
6. Grips (4 grips, candlesticks or balls) x 4 laps
+ 10m Run (5m shuttle)
7. Wall Run (x 2)

Ninja Obstacle Rules
The course must be verified by using a video. Make sure you verify the distance of each obstacle and running track.
4 Steps
- Each step is 1 meter apart on the diagonal of a 1sqm mat
- 1st point- 1-foot step up
- 2nd point- 1-foot step back
- 3rd point- 2 feet jump up
- 4th point- 2 feet jump back
(Start, land and end past the 1m marking)
Monkey Bars
- Using the outside of the monkey bars only
- 1 point = 1 lap = 2m
- 4 points = 4 points (no dropping) =8m
(start and finish before the markings)
Balance Beam
- 3-meter balance beam
- 1st point- 1 lap (forward)
- 2nd point- 1 lap (forward)
- 3rd point- 1 lap (backwards)
- 4th point- 1 lap (backward)
(start and finish past the 3m mark)
Rings
- 3 Rings (1 meter apart)
- You can skip the middle ring
- 1 point = 1 lap = 2m
- 4 points = 4 laps (no dropping) = 4m
(Full body weight 1-2 hands on the first/last ring)
Rollers
- 4 rollers x 1 meter apart
- 1st point 1m clear from 4 rollers up
- 2nd point 1m clear from 4 rollers back
- 3rd point- Roll 1 roller x 4 meters - forward
- 4th point- Roll 1 roller- 4 meters- backwards.
(start and finish 1m before and after rollers. Points awarded on clearing 1m past the last roller)
Grips
- 4 grips (balls or candlesticks 0.5 meters apart)
- You can skip middle grips
- 1 point = 1 lap = 2m
- 4 points = 4 laps (no dropping) = 8m
(As monkey bar start and finish behind the markings)
Wall Run
- 2 points- touch at 1.5 meters
- 4 points- touch at 2.4 meters
MAX POINTS = 28 POINTS
Penalities
- A 10-second penalty will be assessed for each point missed or
- Unverifiable/incomplete obstacle points won't be counted
- We expect everyone to be polite, courteous and sportsmanlike.
- Cheating or unruly behaviour may result in disqualification from this and future events

- Elite
- Amateurs (AM)
- Masters (40+)
- 9 and under
- 11 and under
- 13 and under
- 15 and under
- Teams (Pairs- any age and ability)
* Age categories are determined by your age on the 1st of August 2020.
Teams
- Pairs (2 people) and 2 laps
- You have the flexibility on how to swap as a pair (one person on the course at a time)- switch happen after the run.
- Family high fives/tag are allowed or you may use some sort of baton (Remember to apply by COVID-19 rules)
Results and Rankings
Individual and Team results will be provided by country and overall (for the entire world!).
Results and rankings are calculated after registration closes each month.
Scoring system will be the same as ANG rules- furthest, fastest format.
If you fall off an obstacle (determine where for points) move on (no retries). You can also attempt all obstacles.
Video verification will be used to validate obstacle completion. If you cannot prove completion, you may be excluded from the results and rankings. Videos are public and available for public review and verification.
**If you choose to run outside, please maintain social distance and follow your local government regulations.
Where
Anywhere! This can be done at your home, park, gym, school or ninja facility.
How
1. Register for free by signing in to this event
2. Record the course and post your video to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram etc. (#WNGV1 and @Worldninjagames or @AustraliaNinjaGames #ANGV1 and we will share it on our page)
3. Login in and enter your time, points, and video link by July 31st 11.55 pm AEST.
After that, you'll earn a virtual certificate and a spot on the global leaderboard.
The scoreboard is live and keeps accurate rankings as new times are entered, so make sure to check back throughout the day.
