CrossFit The Point’s annual Christmas competition “Twas the WOD Before Christmas XI” — is back! This year we’re bringing the festive fitness throwdown to Salt Lake City CrossFit on Saturday, December 13th, 2025.

40 Single KB Squats (Weight 1)

30 Dual KB Squats (Weight 2)

RX Weights

Weight 1: Single 70/53 KB
Weight 2: Dual 53's/35's
Weight 3: Dual 70's/53's


Intermediate Weights

Weight 1: Single 53/35 KB
Weight 2: Dual 35/26's
Weight 3: Dual 53's/35's

 


KB On the Squats may be held anywhere above the hip. Weight one would most comonly be a goblet hold and weights 2 and 3 a front or back rack position.

 

Tie Break = When last Dual KB squat is finished

This Part B of the "Lifting the Sleigh" workout. Athletes will have completed their complex from "Lifting the Sleigh, Rest 3 Minutes, and then move in a YGIG fashion accumulating max rope climbs in 3:00
