About This Competition

Two day competition for Intermediate, RX and Elite

One day competition for Fitness, Scaled and Teens 

Individuals will have 2 outdoor workouts on Saturday the 11th and 3 gym based workouts on Sunday the 12th 

Teams will have 2 outdoor based workouts and 2 gymbased all on the 11th of May
