WOD 1 - “ARES”

For Time:


Elite:

150 Toes To Bar 

Buy In each Round: 

9/7 Cal Row

5 Burpees Over Rower

3 Sandbag to Shoulder 150/100 lbs


Rx:

125 Toes To Bar 

Buy In each Round: 

9/7 Cal Row

5 Burpees Over Rower

3 Sandbag to Shoulder 150/100 lbs


Intermediate:

100 Toes To Bar 

Buy In each Round: 

9/7 Cal Row

5 Burpees Over Rower

3 Sandbag to Shoulder 100/75 lbs


    • One teammate works. And must tag other partner once your set is completed.

  • Max Effort sets only, once you fall of the bar you must tag your partner.

  • Partner may start on the row.

  • Once a team collectively completes 150 TTB run to finish mat.


WOD 2 - “KRATOS”

“1-2-2-1 Complex”


For Max Load 

1 Deadlift

2 Cleans 

2 Front Squat 

1 Jerk 


    Women will have 7 min to build to a heavy complex then the men will have 7 min to build to a heavy complex.

    The Cleans can be any type of clean 

    The athlete must show control at the top of the the deadlift , cleans and also show control with the lock out of the jerk.

    Women will have a women’s bar and mens will have a mens bar.
