- One teammate works. And must tag other partner once your set is completed.
- Max Effort sets only, once you fall of the bar you must tag your partner.

“1-2-2-1 Complex”
For Max Load

1 Jerk
Women will have 7 min to build to a heavy complex then the men will have 7 min to build to a heavy complex.
The Cleans can be any type of clean
The athlete must show control at the top of the the deadlift , cleans and also show control with the lock out of the jerk.
Women will have a women’s bar and mens will have a mens bar.
