About This Competition
Introducing REDLINE.Venice - A PAINKLLR Competition
PAINKLLR Competitions give athletes an event to challenge themselves in an experience inspired by the games.
The format is 2-person, same gender teams and provides an environment to hit the competition floor and throw down with your friend. The environment is real and this offers a chance to give it your all and leave it on the floor.
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATON CAREFULLY
Included in your registration fee is an athlete bag filled with:
- PAINKLLR REDLINE athlete shirt/tank The shirt/tank will only be included with registration for anyone who registers BEFORE April 5th. Registrations after April 5th will not include a tee.

Scaled: Our scaled division are for athletes looking to compete on a more intermediate level, share a common goal of functional fitness, and are working toward mastering their skills.
For Scaled, athletes must be able to:
Thruster (65/45)
Clean 'n' Jerk (95/65)
Dealift (135/95)
Snatch (Mens: 75-165) (Womens: 45-115)

RX: The perfect fit for athletes who love the thrill of competition and have a passion for functional fitness.
For RX, athletes must be able to:

Snatch (Mens: 115-225) (Womens: 80-155)

Elite: This division showcases athletes who have achieved a benchmark status in the fitness realm and is designed for the best of the best. This is for athletes that are Games & Regionals-caliber, as well as aspiring Games & Regionals athletes should register for this division.
For Elite, athletes must be able to:

Clean 'n' Jerk (135/95)
Dealift (225/155)
Snatch (Mens:155-285) (Womens:80-200)

WOD 1: Lift Off
10 bars progressing in weight every 90 seconds. Both partners have to lift the weight within the 90 second window.
Athletes that successfully complete the weight will progress forward to the next bar. If one partner does not complete the weight, the successful partner will continue to the next bar.
Your team score is the combined total of the heaviest snatch each athlete successfully lifted.

To ensure a smooth and quick entry, here’s what you need to know:
Check in - Begins at 8:00am and closes promptly at 9:30am, this time is needed to collect your Athlete bag at check in. Event begins at 10am sharp.
Where Am I Going? – There will be a on-site check in booth for all athletes to recieve their athlete bags, heat times and lane assignments will be given.
Parking – There will be surrounding parking lots located around Venice that will be available. First come first serve.
Come Prepared – You’ll need to provide a valid ID to complete check-in. Bring gear to work out in and food, however Underground Prep will be there selling food on site. Remember, on checkin you will be receiving an Athlete Bag which will include:
- Your Athlete shirts for competition (Only if you registered in time)
- Other goodies from our sponsors
- Lane assignment + heat times
No Take-Backs – Life happens—we totally get that. But please be aware that if you cannot participate in the weekend’s events, we cannot offer a refund for any reason.
Trading Places – You can substitute an athlete up until registration closes on April 20th.
