Lifto De Mayo 2020
About This Competition
Welcome to Lifto De Mayo 2020!
LIFTO DE MAYO is back for our fifth straight year! You can expect the same high level of organization, good vibes, and challenging but doable workouts. Registration opens Monday, March 2nd at noon. Cost is $160 per team. Last year several divisions sold out on the first day, so grab a partner and get ready!
This is a MM or FF partner competition. See our movement standards below. Don’t let one movement scare you away from signing up! Usually we allow you to split the work on the more difficult movements any way you choose.
NEW THIS YEAR: The Intermediate division!
If you have any questions, please reach out to rippleeffectcf@gmail.com for assistance.
