About This Competition

The Lock-Up Same Sex Team Of 3 is back this November for the first since pre-covid


For anyone that hasn’t experienced a Lock-Up competition before now - we promise you won’t be disappointed!


We offer a competition floor with ample space for warming up, competing and spectating. 

No matter what lane you are competing in, you will get to experience the vibe and support of a real competition floor. 


Whether you are new to competing or a seasoned pro, we aim to offer an experience that will last and leave you wanting more from your training and the competition floor.

**50-70 / 30-42.5kg WOD barbell load

**Double-unders 

**Pull-ups 

**T2B 

**HSPU 

**Pistols (with the option of changing for heavy KB Squats) 


**Pull-ups / Chest to bar / Muscle-ups as an option to score more reps 



Scaled - Saturday 26th November 



**30-50 / 20-30kg WOD barbell load 

**Single-unders 

**Banded pull-ups 

**Plate loaded v-ups (10/5kg plate) 

**Push-ups (full for male / knee for female) 


**Pull-ups / Chest to bar / Muscle-ups as an option to score more reps
