2020 Mid Atlantic CrossFit Challenge Online Qualifier
About This Competition
Individual Online Qualifier Description
Online Qualifier Refund Policy: All sales are final, there will be no refunds given to for Online Qualifier Registration.
Workout Release Information:
- Individual Online Qualifiers will be released in two waves.
- Week 1 will run from January 1st - January 6th with 2 workouts being released on January 1nd at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 1 workouts will be due on January 6th at 8:00PM EST.
- Week 2 will run from January 8th - January 13th with 2 workouts being released on January 8th at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 2 workouts will be due on January 13th at 8:00PM EST.
- Video submission WILL be required to enter scores for ALL workouts. Individuals will not be able to submit a score without a URL link to their video submission. The athlete will be responsible for submitting their score on before Monday at 8:00PM EST each week.
- At the end of the Individual Online Qualifier, once all scores are validated, the Top 20 Men and Top 20 Women will earn a invitation to compete at our Main Event in Washington, DC on April 17-19th. If an individual declines that invitation, another invite will be sent to the next athlete in line according to the leaderboard.
- It is highly encouraged for each athlete to complete the workout at a participating affiliate in front of a judge who has passed the Online Judges Course. The judge will watch the athlete through the entire workout and assure that they meet the standards and all of the reps according to the standards outlined in the designated workout.

Team Online Qualifier Description
Each team is comprised of 2 Men and 2 Women.
All 4 teammates are required to perform the workouts together.
One Ticket Per Team: The Captain is only required to register their teammates but must have the names & email addresses on hand before checkout.
Online Qualifier Refund Policy: All sales are final, there will be no refunds given to for Online Qualifier Registration.
Workout Release Information:
- Team Online Qualifiers will be released in two waves.
- Week 1 will run from January 29th - February 3nd with 2 workouts being released on January 29th at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 1 workouts will be due on February 3rd at 8:00PM EST.
- Week 2 will run from February 5th- February 10th with 2 workouts being released on February 5th at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 2 workouts will be due on February 10th at 8:00PM EST.
- The Elite Division WILL be required to to video all of the workouts. Teams will not be able to submit a score without a URL link to their video submission. The team captain will be responsible for submitting their score on before Monday at 8:00PM EST each week.
- The Rx and Scaled Division will be required to have a judge who has passed the Online Judges Course verify the score of the workout. The judge will watch the team through the entire workout and assure that they meet the standards and all of the reps according to the standards outlined in the designated workout. An Affiliate manager will be required to verify your score within 2 days.
- At the end of the Team Online Qualifier, once all scores are validated, the Top 30 Elite Teams will earn a invititation to compete at our Main Event in Washington, DC on April 17-19th. If a Team declines that invitation, another invite will be sent to the next Team in line according to the leaderboard.
- The Top 15 Rx Teams will earn an invitation, and spots 16-60 will be choosen at random for a total of 60 teams in the Rx Division.
- The Top 15 Scaled Teams will earn an invitation, and spots 16-60 will be choosen at random for a total of 60 teams in the Scaled Division.
Substitution Policy
- Elite Division. There are no substitutions allowed for the Online Qualifier, the team you start the Qualifier with is the team you must finish the Qualfier with.
- Rx and Scaled Division. There are no subsititions allowed for the Online Qualifier, the team you start the Qualifier with is the team you must finish the Qualifier with. However, if you earn a spot to the Main Event and need to substitute an athlete out, that must be done BEFORE check-in at the Main Event.
