This is a FREE event! Are you ready to test your limits and be part of something ground-breaking? Join us on October 13th for “The Standards,” where we’re setting the bar high in our very first ErgShoot event at the Metropolitan Police RFC Rugby Grounds, Esher (Imber Court)

What to Expect: This electrifying event combines the power of cardio with the precision of laser gun shooting across three adrenaline-pumping workouts. You’ll tackle the Concept 2 - Ski Erg, Concept 2 - rower, and bike erg —all capped at 15 minutes per workout – (workouts to be released end of September). Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, a competitive athlete, or just looking for a new challenge, this event is designed for all levels. Never shot a laser gun before? No worries! We’ve got briefing sessions, demos, and warm-up stations to get you ready.

Event Highlights:

• Three High-Energy Workouts: Push through each 15-minute workout, with a live leader board tracking your progress.
• Spectator-Friendly: Enjoy amazing views from the stadium while your friends and family cheer you on.
• Electrifying Atmosphere: With music pumping, delicious food, and vendors on-site, the vibes will be unmatched.
• Community Vibes: This is more than just a competition; it’s a community get-together, where everyone’s welcome, and good atmosphere are guaranteed.

• Date: October 13th, 9 AM - 5 PM (your allocated timeslot will be confirmed around a week before the event date).
• Location: Metropolitan Police RFC Rugby Grounds, Imber Court Sports Club, Ember Ln, Esher, East Molesey KT10 8EG
• Capacity: 250 participants—tickets are limited!
• Pricing: THIS EVENT IS FREE - spaces are limited, secure yours now!

Division: You can compete in the individual division or find a SAME SEX partner and compete in a paired division. This ticket is an individual ticket! Get your same sex paired ticket here.

Safety First: We’ll have a first aid team on-site to ensure everyone’s safety throughout the event.
