Workouts

For Time - 13 Minute Cap

50 Cal Row
40 Single Arm Overhead Lunges (44/26)
280M Partner Run with Loaded Barbell (115/75)
40 SA OH Lunges
50 Cal Row

Here's The Deal:
-Partner 1 completes 50 cal row and 40 lunges. Together the team takes the barbell for a run. Partner 2 finishes with 40 lunches and a 50 cal row.
-Lunges are alternating and dealers choice - step forward or back, knee hits the ground! 
-Weight is locked out overhead
-Run with the barbell however you want (at side, on shoulders...) as long as at least one hand from each partner is in contact with the bar.



For Time - 13 Minute Cap

50 Cal Row
40 Single Arm Overhead Lunges (50/35)
280M Partner Run with Loaded Barbell (135/95)
40 SA OH Lunges
50 Cal Row

Here's The Deal:

-Front rack means FRONT RACK
-Run with the barbell however you want (at side, on shoulders...) as long as at least one hand from each partner is in contact with the bar.

Immediately into-

-Cleans can be power or squat
-Shoulder to Overhead can be any press or jerk (strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk)

125 Double Unders

Here's The Deal:
-No minimum work requirement- break up the work as needed

-Burpees are BAR FACING. Bodies need to be perpendicular to the bar.

-Burpees are BAR FACING. Bodies need to be perpendicular to the bar.
-KBS are American. All the way up overhead people!
