Workouts

Both athletes have 10 minutes to get max number of calories on a rower and max snatch. Each team will be given 1 bar and 1 rower. The athletes are responsible for loading their bar and can change out on the rower at any time. At the end of the 10 minutes, the score will be calories on the rower, plus athlete A’s max snatch, plus athlete B’s max snatch.
