About This Competition
Delaware Fit Factory's 5th Annual Fit Fest is going to be frighteningly fun, testing your fitness in teams of 4! There will be an all out HALLOWEEN THEME this year so wear a costume!
- 3 back-to-back-to-back workouts crammed into one hour
- RX, Scaled, and Participate divisions
- Teams of 4 (2m2f, Participate division any group of 4 is ok)
- Shirts available through our Fully Amped Online Store
- All profits from this shirt will be donated!
- After party at The Backstretch following the final heats
- A portion of each sign up fee will be donated to Strength To Fight, a nonprofit hell bent on battling cancer by helping survivors with their gym memberships. More details below...

Strength to Fight is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance for gym memberships to cancer patients. Our mission is to promote physical activity and wellness among cancer patients to improve their quality of life during and after treatment. By subsidizing gym memberships, we aim to empower cancer patients to engage in regular exercise routines tailored to their needs, fostering physical and emotional well-being throughout their journey.

There will be a cap for the strength event to discourage stronger athletes from choosing Scaled for an easy win. You know who you are...
There may or may not be a prize for the best costume. The only way to find out is to wear an awesome costume.
All movements are to Open Standard. By signing up you understand that there are standards to the movements and weights that must be completed to count toward your score. Any repetition that deviates from the movement standard, intentional or not, will not be counted.

Workouts
Waterfall 500m rows, 1 each. 9:00 time cap. Score is 2,000m time minus jump rope bonus.
P1 completes their 500m row and immediately begins jumping rope. P2 will row while P1 accumulates as many reps as possible with the jump rope. When P2 finishes their 500m row, P1 must stop jumping rope and P2 will begin jumping rope while P3 begins rowing. And so on...
When P4 completes their row they will have until the 9:00 mark to accumulate as many reps with the jump rope as possible.

***Jump rope bonus: Subtract 1 second from 2,000m row time for every 5 jump rope reps.
****Tiebreak goes to the fastest 2,000m row without jump rope considered
24.2A - Bar/Bike EMOM
*️⃣One athlete will begin the workout by completing 10 cleans then immediately getting to the Echo Bike for as many calories as possible in the remainder of the minute.
*️⃣At the 1:00 mark the athlete on the bike must stop.
*️⃣At the 1:00 mark ANY athlete may begin the next barbell reps (8 Front Squats) and then move to the bike to finish out the minute.
*️⃣This pattern continues for 6 minutes with the barbell movements and weights listed.
*️⃣The person who completes the barbell reps must also bike. There is no splitting up the work designated for the specific minute. Any athlete may choose to go for any minute. If barbell reps are not completed by the end of the minute the team is finished with 24.2A and must wait for 24.2B to begin.
*️⃣The non-working athletes are responsible for loading the next barbell weight. Collars are required or the lifts will not count.
*️⃣Score = Total Echo Bike Calories
24.2B Bella Complex
*️⃣The Bella Complex = 1 Clean + 1 Shoulder To Overhead + 1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder To Overhead
*️⃣Immediately after 24.2A is finished your team will have 8:00 to establish a heavy Bella Complex for EACH PERSON.
*️⃣Your 24.2B score is the combined total of all 4 max lifts.
*️⃣The Scaled Division Will Have a Cap of 185 pounds for men's lifts and 125 pounds for women's lifts. If you sign up scaled and can lift more than the cap then you need to work on your gymnastics and jump up to RX. 🖐️🎤

Pull-ups = 1 each
TTB = 3 each
Bar Muscle Ups = 3 each
Scaled Bonus Points
Knee Raises = 1 each
***If at any point P3 or P4 drop from the pull-up bar the set is done and an athlete must go through the wall ball and step over buy-in before trying another set of gymnsatics. Chalk up and hang on to that bar!***
