75 Wall Balls (30/20 lbs RX, 20/14 Scaled - to a 10/9ft Target)
50 Med Ball Sit-Ups (alternating passes)
40 Med Ball Reverse Lunges (holding med ball in front of chest)
30 Med Ball Over the Shoulder Throws (alternating reps)
20 Burpees
Partner 1: 6 Min - 1 Rep Max Snatch (Squat - RX, Squat OR Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat Scaled)
Partner 2: 6 Min - 1 Rep Max Thruster (From the ground for RX and Scaled)
Partners Share Bar and Weights
3 Rounds, 4 Min AMRAP, 2 Min Rest
Split reps as needed, 1 partner working at a time
