About This Competition

Time to put your fitness to the test! Come compete at Standard Strength’s first annual CrossFit competition WODtoberFest! The competition is a one day individual competition for RX and Scaled athletes and all are welcome to take part. There will be 4 guaranteed events + one championship event for the top athletes that qualify. 


Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers for RX and Scaled. The top female and male in the RX division will be awarded with a $500 cash prize! 


We’ll also have prize packs from some of our event sponsors such as RPM Training, Bear Komplex, Komplex Nutrition and many many more.

"Burn Baby Burn" Part 1

Every 2:00 for 6:00

This is a two part scored event

At the cal of 3,2,1 GO! you will begin on the C2 bike and bike for calories. and proceed to go for max wall ball reps. after the first 3 rounds end youll then proceed to go into 30 wall balls into max calories on the c2 bike

odd minute: one rep snatch

even minute: max bar facing burpees

This is a two part scored event. Score 1 will be your total accumulitive weight lifted across the 5 rounds of snatches (for example if you snatch 100lbs across the 5 rounds your score is 500lbs) Score 2 will be your total number burpees across the 5 rounds. Once you increase your weight on the snatch you are not allowed to move back down. 

"High Risk"

10:00 EMOM

At the call of 3-2-1 GO! you will proceed to row a 3k for time. Your first 500m of the 3k is for time and will be score 1. Your total time it takes to row the entire 3k will be your second score
