About This Competition
After the success of our previous mixed teams event, Your favourite competition in all of county Armagh is back @ CrossFit TLR, with some of the best food and clothing venders in the game, a great day out not to be missed, We cant wait to have you all back on the dance floor. The same format as before, Eda athletes will compete in the morning and Inters in the afternoon, this ensures the day runs alot smoother for everyone and getting those permission slips signed not as difficult 😀

Climb the Ladder
Bar 1 - 15/20
Bar 2 - 20/25
Bar 3 - 25/30
Bar 4 - 30/35
Bar 5 - 5 mins to establish a 1rm (power or squat clean accepted)
females will work at the same time as the males.
1 bar between females and 1 bar between males
partner one on male and female will have 60 secs to perform max reps on that bar.
then partner two does the same straight after.
30 secs transition (load to next weight)
on the last bar (5) you will have 30 seconds to load for first lift
then 5 mins to est a 1rm each.
