About This Competition

Looking to test your strength and endurance against other CrossFit athletes? Look no further than the CrossFit Team of 4 Competition, taking place on August 12th at the prestigious Bill Harris Arena!

Gather your squad and join us for a day of competition as you tackle challenging events designed to push you to your limits. With categories for all skill levels, this is your chance to prove your mettle and showcase your CrossFit skills.

But this isn't just any competition - it's a team of 4 competition. Together, you and your teammates will take on the competition, encouraging and pushing each other to new heights. Plus, with cash prizes for the top teams in each division, you have the chance to walk away with bragging rights and some serious swag.

So whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter or a newbie looking to test your limits, come out to the Bill Harris Arena on August 12th and show us what you've got. With a supportive and exciting environment, you're sure to have a blast and leave feeling stronger, fitter, and more accomplished than ever before. This year, we'll have 5 divisions (divs. standards below):

- Co-Ed Masters 40+ (if you're turning 40 in 2023 you're eligible)
- Co-Ed Scaled
- Co-Ed RX

Early bird registration pricing is limited to 5 early bird spots PER DIVISION. Don't miss out!

 

FAQ:

1. Can I substitute a teammate?

- Yes, up until August 7

 

2. Can I register without knowing all 4 teammates?

- Yes, the system will allow for partial registration

 

3. How many workouts will there be?

- 3 workouts and a final.

 

4. How many teams will make the final?

- Top 5 in each division, pending a full field of 20 teams in that respective division.

 

5. When will the workouts be released?

- The first workout will be released in first week of April. All workouts (excluding the final) will be released at least 2 months prior to the event date

 

6. Are there refunds?

- There are no refunds but you can sell and/or substitue your ticket at anytime up until August 7

From 2:00-2:30

30 sec transition where Athlete ‘A’ will load 80% of the heaviest successful lift from their 2:00 window (80% calculations will be provided by the judge)


From 2:30-4:30

Athlete ‘A’ will have 2:00 to complete AMRAP @ 80% of the heaviest successful lift from their 2:00 window


From 4:30-5:00
