About This Competition
Event Name: Gainsgiving Throwdown
Teams of 2: M/M, F/F
Divisions: RX, Scaled, Masters
Event Structure: Athletes will take on 4 workouts over the course of an hour, with designated rest periods in between.
Description:
Join us for the ultimate test of fitness at the Gainsgiving Throwdown! This thrilling competition brings together teams of two (M/M and F/F) to compete in four intense workouts, each designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and teamwork. With divisions for RX, Scaled, and Masters, there’s a spot for everyone, from elite athletes to those looking to push their limits in a supportive and competitive environment.
Over the span of an hour, you and your partner will tackle a series of workouts, pushing through each challenge and utilizing the rest periods to strategize and recover. Whether you’re aiming for the top of the podium or just looking to have fun and test your fitness, the Gainsgiving Throwdown is the perfect way to celebrate your gains this season.
