About This Competition
JOIN US FOR THE BIGGEST FITNESS CELEBRATION OF THE YEAR
We are excited to launch the dates for our 2024 London Summer Festival - the functional fitness event of the year!
Ealing Trailfinders, in west London will again play host to our London Summer Festival over the weekend of 15/16th June 2024
This years event is going to be bigger and better than previous years with more athletes, more competitions and more going on off the TURF with some exciting activation's and 'villages' to visit.
We are also excited to welcome teams from ALL around the world.
TEAM COMPETITION
DIVISIONS
- EVERYDAY - male + female teams compete Saturday 15th June. Mixed teams compete Sunday 16th June
- INTERMEDIATE - male + female teams compete Saturday 15th June. Mixed teams compete Sunday 16th June
- ELITE - All teams will compete Saturday 15th June.
CATEGORIES
- FEMALE - 5 females per team
- MALE - 5 males per team
- MIXED - 6 athletes per team (3M / 3F)
ENGINE
Like previous years, we will be running our ENGINE competition. This will have options of either individuals or pairs. Details coming very soon.

Sub-team that is resting- 2 athletes must be holding the 25kg bar off the ground. Barbell will be put down for the air squats but if put down at any other point teams will do a penalty of 5 synchro burpees.
