About This Competition
Forts & Crosses is a brand new concept consisting of 3 events across a day with the goal being to move across a grid as fast as possible with the help from your partner.
Each event will have a different theme focussed on skills, strength & endurance and will consist of 3 short workouts - two of which will be released before the day.
The prize purse for winners is looking bigger & better than ever and you don't want to miss out on this one!
